Hina Coconut Snowball

2 oz Mahina Platinum Rum

1 oz Coconut Cream

1 oz Pineapple Juice

Shredded Coconut (for rim)

Rim a glass with shredded coconut.

In a shaker, combine Mahina  Rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice with ice.

Strain into the prepared glass.

Hina Colada

1.50 oz Mahina Platinum or Coconut

1.50 oz Coconut Cream

1.50 oz Pineapple Juice 

Blender with 1 scoop of ice until smooth

Top with Mahina Dark

Fill a blender with 1 scoop of ice and all ingredients until smooth. Stir into a hurricane glass and top with Mahina Dark. Garnish with a dried pineapple slice or a grilled pineapple slice.

Hina Jito

1.50 oz Mahina Platinum

1.00 oz Lime Juice

1.00 oz Pineapple Syrup

Splash of Pineapple Juice

10 mint leaves

Top with club soda 

Fill the shaker with ice, and all the ingredients. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with mint sprigs, dried pineapple slice, or pineapple leaf. 

Yellowbird

1.50 oz Mahina Platinum or Coconut

0.50 oz Licor 43

0.50 oz Banana Liqueur

1.00 oz Orange Juice

1.00 oz Pineapple Juice

Lime Squeeze

Fill the shaker with ice and all the ingredients. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with mint, pineapple slice, or leaf.

Tiki Libre

1.50 oz Mahina Platinum or Coconut

Top with Coke (or artisanal kola)

Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.

Hina Tai

1.50 oz Mahina Platinum

0.50 oz Dry Curacao (or Triple Sec)

1.00 oz Lime Juice

0.50 oz Simple Syrup

0.50 oz Orgeat

Splash of Pineapple Juice

Shake and Strain 

Top with Mahina Dark

Fill the shaker with ice and all the ingredients except Mahina Dark. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a rock glass. Top with Mahina Dark and garnish with dried pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.

Banana Creme Pie

1 oz Mahina Rum

.25 oz Giffard Vanilla

1 oz @tempus_fugit_spirits Crème de Banane

1 oz Heavy Cream

1 small egg white

Torched Angostura Bitters Graham Cracker Grounds

High Tide

1.5 oz Mahina Rum

.5 oz Amaro Cio Ciaro bar spoon ginger syrup

.5 oz lime juice

1 dash Angostura bitters

2.5 oz soda water

Combine all ingredients in shaking tin & shake for 6 seconds. Add soda water and top almost full with ice. Strain ingredients. Add Garnishes.

Moon Boot

1.25 oz Mahina Rum

.5 oz Giffard Vanilla

1 Dash Chocolate Bitters

.5 oz Cream

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake for 4 seconds. Fine strain into a shot glass. Shave cinnamon on top.

Hina Pineapple Ginger Daiquiri

2 oz Mahina Platinum Rum

1 oz Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz Ginger Syrup

Lime Wedge

In a shaker, combine Mahina Rum, pineapple juice, and ginger syrup with ice.

Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Honeymoon Suite

1.75 oz Mahina Rum

.75 oz sweet vermouth

.25 oz apricot liqueur

2 Dash Angostura bitters

1 Dash orange bitters

Glass: Coupe Glass Garnish: Orange Peel/ Oils - Combine all ingredients, add ice and stir.

Island Moon

1 oz Mahina Rum

1/2 oz apple brandy

1/4 oz Allspice Dram

1 oz pineapple juice

1/2 oz applesauce

1/4 oz lemon juice

Combine ingredients in shaker w/ ice + shake until chilled. Fine-strain into Tiki mug filled w/ crushed ice. Garnish: apple slices + cinnamon stick.

Hina Gingerbread Spritz

1.5 oz Mahina Platinum Rum

0.5 oz Ginger Liqueur

1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

2 oz Prosecco

Crushed Gingerbread Cookie Rim

Rim a martini glass with crushed gingerbread cookies. In a shaker, combine Mahina Rum, ginger liqueur, and fresh pineapple juice with ice. Shake and strain into the prepared glass.

Top with Prosecco
